Heavy Duty Laminated tags meet OSHA Standard 1910.146 for identifying confined space. Chemically resistant and the textured write-on surface allows for authorized signatures, dates and other special instructions. Tags feature two chamfered corners and a 3/8" grommeted hole. Heavy Duty Laminated tags come with nylon ties.
